Word order does matter! And so does understanding slang!
Remember: knocked up is slang for pregnant.
It can be used in two ways: to knock up and to get knocked up.
To knock up is what the man does, e.g. “I knocked up my girlfriend” = I got her pregnant.
To get knocked up is what has happened to the woman, e.g. “I got knocked up when I was 25” = I became pregnant when I was 25 (I got pregnant when I was 25).
